Cape Town Fashion Council (CTFC) 2019 Young Designer Finalist

"Technology is important in the fashion industry but we need to implement it in a conscious way to protect the environment.

 

 

My inspiration for this design is a siamese fighting fish in a fish tank. The fish represents nature whilst the tank is representing technology. The tank enables us to bring nature closer to us in order to study nature and appreciate it’s beauty. The fish in the water with it’s graceful flowing fins is the ultimate design in motion."
